Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Booking in advance helps your ride, vehicle and travel details be planned properly — especially during busy flight periods.
What is the difference between Ride Share, Electric Executive and Luxury Private Charters?
Ride Share is our best-value door-to-door airport transfer, shared with other passengers on a scheduled run. Electric Executive is a private, zero-emission executive car just for you. Luxury Private Charters give you a premium vehicle and driver for as long as you need.
What are fixed member fares?
Members get a fixed fare for their airport ride — the same price every time, with no booking or fuel charges on top. Enter your address in “Check my fixed fare” on our homepage to see yours before you join. Membership is free: create an account, sign in before you book, and your fare applies automatically.
Can I book by phone?
Yes. You can book or ask for help any time by calling 0800 477 800.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. You can book for a family member, student, employee, guest or visitor.
Can I buy a voucher?
Yes. Digital travel vouchers can be purchased and redeemed when booking eligible rides.
Do you support students?
Yes. Students book Ride Share like everyone else — and as members they get a fixed fare to and from the airport, so the trip home at the end of term costs exactly what you expect. Parents can also buy travel vouchers.
